FAQ

Q
What materials can you machine / fabricate?

CNC Machining: Aluminum (6061, 7075), stainless steel (303, 304, 316L), carbon steel (45#, Q235), titanium, brass, engineering plastics (POM, PEEK, ABS, Nylon), etc.

Sheet Metal Fabrication: Cold-rolled steel (SPCC), galvanized steel (SECC), stainless steel (304, 316L), aluminum (5052, 6061), copper, etc.

Special materials can be discussed – we will evaluate and provide a solution.

Q
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)? Do you accept 1-off prototypes?

Yes, 1 piece is accepted. We support low-volume prototyping (1–100 pcs) with no expensive mold fees.

For production orders, there is no fixed MOQ – we flexibly schedule according to your needs.

Q
How can I get a quote? What information do you need?

Please provide 2D drawings (PDF/DWG) or 3D models (STEP/IGS), along with material, surface treatment, quantity, and expected delivery date.

We typically provide a detailed quotation (unit price, tooling/programming fees if any, shipping) within 24 hours.

Q
What is your typical lead time? Can you support urgent orders?

Prototypes: 3–5 working days for simple parts, 7–10 working days for complex parts.

Production: Typically 15–25 working days depending on quantity and complexity.

Rush service: Available with an extra charge – lead time can be reduced by 30–50% (subject to current capacity).

Q
How do you ensure quality? What inspection equipment do you have?

We follow first-article inspection + in-process control + final inspection before shipment.

Inspection equipment includes: CMM (coordinate measuring machine), vision measurement machine, roughness tester, height gauge, angle gauge, film thickness gauge, etc.

We can provide material certificates, dimensional inspection reports, and mechanical test reports upon request.

Quality system: ISO 9001:2015 certified; for automotive parts we can comply with IATF 16949 requirements.

Q
You offer both machining and sheet metal – can you also assemble the parts for me?

Yes. We provide “machining + sheet metal + assembly” one-stop service.

Example: You need a device – internal precision shafts (machined) + enclosure (sheet metal) + final assembly and testing. We can deliver as sub-assemblies or finished products, reducing your supplier management effort.

Q
What if there is a quality problem with my parts?

We guarantee a response within 24 hours for any quality issue.

If the problem is our responsibility (e.g., dimension out of tolerance, wrong material, surface defects), we will rework or remake free of charge, and refund the affected parts. Direct rework costs caused by our defect will be covered (as agreed in the contract).

For long-term customers, we can sign a Quality Assurance Agreement defining clear remedies and improvement processes.
