Typical products: Motor spindles, lead screws, drive shafts, gear shafts, eccentric shafts, worms

Key features: High concentricity and cylindricity (down to 0.002mm), surface roughness Ra ≤ 0.4μm

Applications: Automation drive systems, robot joints, precision instrument rotating mechanisms

Complex Parts

Typical products: Custom brackets, multi‑faceted housings, turbine disks, impellers, parts with deep or angled holes

Key features: Skilled in thin walls, deep cavities, freeform surfaces, multi‑angle features – 4/5‑axis capability

Applications: Aerospace structural parts, fluid power components, medical implant prototypes

Custom Parts (Made to Print)

Service model: Customer supplies 2D drawings (PDF/DWG) or 3D models (STEP/IGES); we manufacture to specifications

Flexible quantities: 1 piece minimum – fast changeover for low volumes, stable delivery for high volumes

Value‑added services: DFM analysis, material substitution advice, cost optimization proposals
